Devon Downs Rock Shelter
A limestone rock shelter on the Murray River, South Australia. A
slab with
a petroglyph was found 3-4 m below the surface at this site. charcoal
from the occupation layer has been dated to 3,000 years ago, but the
date when the slab was carved, while it was part of the wall, is
unknown.
