Bessy Springs, McArthur River, Northern Territory

This is a waterfall on McArthur River Station. In front of it is a large, very deep, pool of fresh water (sweet water). Behind the waterfall is an area of "lost city" type formation. The rock has been eroded into many columns, the area having the appearance of a city of skyscrapers. To get to the pools above the falls is like moving through a maze with climbing along the way.
